Residency

The residency program at the Oklahoma City National High Performance Center assists senior athletes in their transition from collegiate to elite rowing and paddling. This includes support off the water in a way that provides necessary balance to the athlete just out of school.

As part of the high performance program, subsidized housing is available to qualified athletes.
Residential athletes have basic medical coverage and injury rehabilitation through our
partnership with St. Anthony Hospital. Job mentoring is also available for high performance
athletes who are seeking local employment.

Residents may also receive additional sponsorship to cover both domestic and international
travel and race support as needed.
